Some worries feel too heavy to carry alone. Fear, grief, bills, family tension, health concerns, and quiet anxiety can weigh on the heart.

1 Peter 5:7 offers a simple, steady invitation:

“Cast all your cares on him, because he cares for you.”

Give God the whole burden

To “cast” means to release, not lightly, but fully. God does not ask for polished prayers. He welcomes honest ones.

You can bring Him:

  • The worry you keep replaying

  • The fear you cannot explain

  • The pain you hide from others

  • The decision you do not know how to make

Trust that He cares

This verse does not say God tolerates your cares. It says He cares for you. That means your burdens matter to Him because you matter to Him.

Peace often comes one step at a time.

A simple prayer

Lord, I give You what feels too heavy for me. Teach me to trust Your care, Your timing, and Your love. Help me rest in Your peace today. Amen.

You do not have to carry every care alone. Cast it on Him, one prayer at a time.
